Drinking enough water
Drinking sufficient water is important!
Why is it important to drink enough water? The answer is simple: “It has a huge impact on our overall health”. What does that mean? Let`s have a look.
All cells and organs of our body need water. The problem is that we continuously lose fluid from skin evaporation, breathing, urine, and stool. If not replacing that our body dehydrates. That will affect our health tremendously and make our skin look more dry and wrinkled.

Impact on body fluids and muscles
Water helps maintaining the balance of body fluids. These fluids are included in the digestion, the blood circulation, the creation of saliva, the transportation of nutrients, and keeping a good body temperature. And what about the muscles? When muscles don`t have enough fluids, they just don`t work as well and mobility can be restricted.
“Water regulates the composition of body fluids, improves the mobility of the muscles, and helps the body to eliminate toxins.”
Our purification system, the kidneys and the digestion, do an amazing job of cleansing our body of toxins, and again, only as long as our intake of fluids is adequate. So keep things flowing along your gastrointestinal tract.
What about the question what kind of fluids are healthy. To speak frankly, minimize the consumption of beverages containing alcohol, caffeine and sugar.
A highlight is that also many foods contain water. So, include soups, tomatoes, watermelons, and oranges in your diet.
